A small wooden cabin sits deep in the forest, dwarfed by towering pines with endlessly long trunks. Inside, old wooden furniture rests on an even older floor, while the dried petals of forgotten flowers lie scattered across the room. The air is veiled with incense – it drifts through the stillness like fine, clawing threads. It smells of sandalwood, cedar, and the cold remains of charcoal in the fireplace. Suddenly, a gust of wind whistles through the beams, dishes begin to rattle, and an energy floods the space. Like the beating of wings, it circles you with a faint hiss, stirring up wood shavings and dried petals – wild and untamed, yet strangely familiar – before it drives straight toward you, striking like the tip of an arrow. For a moment, everything seems to stand still, intangible, elusive, and yet so familiar – then the room slowly settles back into itself, the energy lingering at its center, warm and pulsing. Is there a sample available for every fragrance?
Yes – we offer a sample of every fragrance in our range, as long as it’s not sold out. If you’d like to explore a whole brand, our Discovery Sets usually bring together some of its most important fragrances in one set.
Is the fragrance in the sample the same as in the original bottle?
Our fragrance samples are decants of 100% original perfumes. Each fragrance is carefully filled directly from the brand’s original bottle into a convenient spray vial. So you’re testing the exact same fragrance you’ll find in the full-size bottle.
How many ml are in each sample?
Each sample you order from us contains at least 1.5ml of fragrance. The glass vial itself holds 3ml, which is why it won’t be filled all the way to the top. So no worries – your 1.5ml are definitely in there.
Why are my fragrance samples filled to different levels?
Since we fill every sample by hand, the fill level may vary slightly from one vial to another. From time to time, we also include a complimentary fragrance sample with your order. These are meant as a little extra to discover something new and therefore contain slightly less than our regular 1.5 mlsamples.
Are the fragrance name and ingredients listed on the sample?
The fragrance name and brand are listed on every sample. If you’d like to learn more about the ingredients, you can find them on the relevant product page in our online shop or on your invoice.
