A stately house at the edge of the forest, its red wooden façade quietly set against the deep green of the surroundings. The garden in front feels deliberate and composed – currant bushes arranged in clean lines, fruit trees with small green apples hanging densely from the branches. It carries a calm, almost effortless sense of order, while just beyond it the forest begins. Tall trees, wild shrubs, and a ground softened by fallen leaves – denser, darker, more earthy, as if everything breathes more freely. On the veranda overlooking the garden, a cup of tea sits, still warm, placed without much thought. A gentle breeze drifts in from the forest, moving through the garden, picking up hints of berries, apples, and wood as it passes. Earthy and dry notes blend with a soft, natural fruitiness, none of them taking the lead. Is there a sample available for every fragrance?
Yes – we offer a sample of every fragrance in our range, as long as it’s not sold out. If you’d like to explore a whole brand, our Discovery Sets usually bring together some of its most important fragrances in one set.
Is the fragrance in the sample the same as in the original bottle?
Our fragrance samples are decants of 100% original perfumes. Each fragrance is carefully filled directly from the brand’s original bottle into a convenient spray vial. So you’re testing the exact same fragrance you’ll find in the full-size bottle.
How many ml are in each sample?
Each sample you order from us contains at least 1.5ml of fragrance. The glass vial itself holds 3ml, which is why it won’t be filled all the way to the top. So no worries – your 1.5ml are definitely in there.
Why are my fragrance samples filled to different levels?
Since we fill every sample by hand, the fill level may vary slightly from one vial to another. From time to time, we also include a complimentary fragrance sample with your order. These are meant as a little extra to discover something new and therefore contain slightly less than our regular 1.5 mlsamples.
Are the fragrance name and ingredients listed on the sample?
The fragrance name and brand are listed on every sample. If you’d like to learn more about the ingredients, you can find them on the relevant product page in our online shop or on your invoice.
